Business Analyst

  • The perfect candidate will have a background in a quantitative or technical field, will have experience working with large data sets, and will have some experience in data-driven decision making.
  • They are focused on results, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of a project or product.
  • The ideal candidate has deep skills in one or more areas mentioned below, and is passionate about solving real-world problems.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and other reporting tools and processes that support conducting analyses.
  • Gather, translate, and document complex project requirements through interface with business partners, providing alternative scenarios to resolve business issues.
  • Provide data intelligence through generation of complex reports and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations.
  • Integrate understanding of historical and/or cross functional projects, which may impact presentation and/or interpretation of results.
  • Create custom reports in existing databases and systems.

QA Engineer

  • Investigate and report bugs, work with software developers to troubleshoot an issue and verify the fix
  • Develop test plans and test cases and document
  • Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated tests.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of a reusable and sustainable test automation library that is built using Java.
  • Execute existing automated tests and maintain the Jenkins continuous integration pipeline
  • Follow existing test plans and perform manual software testing to ensure the quality of the product

Key requirements:
  • 3+ years of software QA experience
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience in programming in any object-oriented language.
  • Experience in testing the integrity of various data sets (eg SQL database, files/folders)
  • Experience in Java test automation of web-based applications (eg Selenium WebDriver) and RESTful web services
  • Follow existing test plans and perform manual software testing to ensure the quality of the product

Test Automation Engineer

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Architects, Developers, QA) in test automation activities across the organization
  • Automate and document tests from existing test cases/scenarios and new feature specifications
  • Help investigate, evaluate, select, and integrate best available framework/tool solutions as required for test automation success
  • Appreciate and consider the "big picture" while dealing with implementation details
  • Work to continuously improve test automation concepts and best practices, automation testing strategies, and test case design specifications
  • Contribute to production of automation templates, examples, and training collateral
  • Support and mentor junior level automation engineers to be successful at producing in-sprint automation.
  • Participate on a Scum team, including all Agile and Scrum related ceremonies

Key requirements:
  • Experience with version control software (e.g., git, svn)
  • Experience with object oriented programming languages and techniques (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Experience with Linux operating system variants

UI developer

  • Enhance and maintain the UI of a number of applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, js AngularJS, Bootstrap
  • Collaborate with other team members on shared items of work to ensure end to end delivery of features
  • Provide estimation of work and ensure team is kept informed of progress
  • Share your knowledge across the team
  • Ensure you develop adhering to best software engineering and UX practice
  • Mentor other team members
  • Ensure best practice is followed and contribute to improving how we get things done

Key requirements:
  • Bachelor level degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, primarily in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Backbone.js, AngularJS, Bootstrap
  • Experience of agile development.

Java Developer

  • An ODM / Java developer is expected to design, develop, debug, test and deploy applications using ODM components, Java or XML. Responsibilities include:
  • Know the key user roles that are involved in designing and developing a decision management solution, and the tasks that are associated with each role
  • Describe the development process of building a business rule application and the collaboration between the business and development teams
  • Set up and customize the Business Object Model (BOM) and vocabulary for rule authoring
  • Implement the Rule Business Object Model (RBO / XOM) that supports rule execution
  • Orchestrate rule execution through rule flows
  • Author the rule artifacts to implement business policies
  • Debug business rule applications to ensure that the implemented business logic is error-free
  • Enable business rule management in Decision Center for business users
  • Set up and customize the testing and simulation environment for business users
  • Package and deploy rulesets to test and production environments
  • Integrate decision services for managed execution within an enterprise environment
  • Build efficient and easy-to-maintain business rule client applications
  • Test, monitor, and audit execution of decision services
  • Explain governance issues and identify the appropriate ODM features to support decision governance

Key requirements:
